I'm Billur
My mission is to make sure that humans are more discoverable, shareable and memorable.
You may have a profession, a new entrepreneurial idea, a company you run or a career path that you are reshaping.
And at some point, you realize something essential:
To grow, you need to build your personal brand.
The personal branding process is a journey.
And as I always say, the most valuable part of this journey is awareness.
Becoming aware of the need.
Understanding the impact this journey will create.
Recognizing the difference it will make for your future.
So where do you begin?
There are several paths you can follow.
The biggest distinction in any roadmap is whether the person already has clarity about their personal brand.
This single difference defines our starting line.
Among the people I work with, there is a group who already have goals, ideas and a vision of the personal brand they want to build.
They seek guidance on how to shape it and which actions to take.
Together, we create a strategic roadmap and action plan based on who they are, the scale of their goals and the industry they operate in.
We design the most accurate and efficient route toward the positioning they want to own.
(I should note: this group is still the minority.)
The second group, the longer, deeper journey, consists of individuals who have no clarity about their personal brand.
This is where I often say:
“You pay the price for the years you don’t spend discovering yourself.”
Personal branding is a journey. It is a universal truth.
Your starting point depends entirely on what you know about yourself: your passions, your character, your strengths, your current performance and your potential.
Which means the real beginning of this work is simple:
You must know you.
So let me ask you directly:
Do you know yourself?
